What I do

Health is not one thing.
It's everything.

Over the last decade my eyes have been opened to the health challenges we face. It's not a standalone problem - it's something we need to see holistically.

We're challenged by external pressures, stuck in old habits, and overwhelmed by a jungle of information. So where do you start?

You can be doing so many things right. But if just one pillar is missing, it can still feel like you're stuck. How frustrating is that? That's exactly how I felt a few years ago.

Here I come in as your guide. Helping you get insights in your status quo, making a plan together and guiding you to the best possible outcome. Feeling Alive again. We could be focussing on only 1 health pillar, a couple or all pillars, depending on what you need. In case it's necessary I will link you to the right profesionals. Think of nutritionist, personal trainers, healers, blood testing, body scans, bio dentist, psycotherapists etc. In the process I'm your confident and the person to help you make sense of everything you experience. My aim is to make sure you set the base and can let go of all testing and measuring and start living a healthy and free life.

My name is Michiel van Ogtrop. Born in '82 in Milan. Dutch, living in Tuscany with my wife and two kids.

After nearly two decades as an entrepreneur - with all the ups and downs - a memorable trail in the European Alps shifted something in me. I also faced lingering health issues of my own. Together with a health coach I went through a trajectory of research and healing, coming out stronger, clearer and more confident.

I've felt the real difference between being in survival mode and feeling fully alive. That experience is what drives me every day.

Over the years I've studied and practiced various modalities in holistic healing, most recently completing a Harvard Medical certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

I help you manouvre the jungle of health care providers and contradictory information online. Making sure you find the right provider delivering quality at a fair price and giving you lifestyle improvements that actually work.
